The starting-balance guidance uses $3,000 as a general starting point. Individual strategies range from small-account setups around $200 to more demanding combinations around $12,000; Northstar’s FIFO setup is described from $1,000. Review the exact strategy and broker requirements before choosing a balance.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Both products include ready-made strategies. Architect also lets you customize signals, filters, markets, and execution, but those controls are optional when starting with a supplied strategy.
What does the license include?
Architect includes 16 supplied strategies, the software installer, and two reusable MT5 account slots managed through the RFT License Portal. Review the current purchase terms for the full license and update policy.
Does the AI require another subscription?
RFT Central’s shared sentiment layer does not require your own AI API key. Some Architect strategies can also use a personal AI-provider key. Direct provider usage may incur separate charges; check the settings for your chosen strategy.
Can I use 30:1 leverage?
Compatibility is strategy-specific. Review the supported Northstar and Vigorous Momentum configurations and the current setup guidance. Do not assume every supplied strategy or custom setup is suitable for 30:1 leverage.
What else do I need to run it?
A compatible MT5 trading account and an environment that keeps MT5 running when the strategy needs it. Broker spreads, commissions, swaps, and optional VPS hosting are separate from the software price. Begin on an MT5 demo account while learning the setup.
How should I judge the 10-day demo?
Use it to check installation, settings, trade sizing, exposure, and position management. Ten days is not enough to establish long-term profitability. Some strategies may trade infrequently during your trial, so inspect the longer public records too.

Use the setup guidance, email Ryan, or join the RFT Discord community. Assisted installation for either product is offered for a one-time $100 consulting fee. You can also schedule a 30-minute information call.
