After approval
The license is deactivated, your right to use the refunded software ends, and you must delete the refunded files and documentation.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank and provider timing varies.
Limits
Trading losses, broker charges, VPS fees, third-party costs, chargeback fees, and requests after 30 days are excluded unless law requires otherwise.
Mandatory rights
The policy does not limit non-waivable statutory rights, including digital-content rights that may apply in the UK or EEA.
